1. Introduction
Welcome to Greco ("the App"). By using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you will not be allowed to use Greco.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Greco account, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the App or to products and services available through the App.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

4. Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and the information you provide to the App.

5. User Content
You are responsible for the content that you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the App ("User Content"). You agree not to post, upload, or otherwise make available any User Content that:

Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Greco Projects Inc., and its licensors. The App is protected by trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Greco Projects Inc.

7. License to Use
Greco Projects Inc., grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the App in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App for any commercial purposes without the express written consent of Greco Projects Inc.

8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the App in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping”.
Using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the App.
Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email.
Attempting to interfere with, compromise or disrupt the integrity or security of the App or the servers or networks connected to the App, or any part thereof.
Decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to obtain the source code of the App.
Taking any action that imposes, or may impose, in our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the App, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
Using the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.

10. Disclaimer

The App will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
Any errors or defects will be corrected as fast as possible.
The App is free of viruses or other harmful components.
The results of using the App will meet your requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability
‍To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Greco Projects Inc., its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
Any content obtained from the App.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

12. Indemnification

14. Changes to Terms
‍We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (iOS & Android) and website (www.getgreco.app), collectively referred to as the "Service". Please read this policy carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Community Guidelines

Greco is a reflection of our diverse community of cultures, thoughts, and beliefs. We’ve spent a lot of time thinking about the different points of view that create a safe and open environment for everyone.We created these Community Guidelines so you can help us protect this growing community. By using Greco, you agree to these guidelines, our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

We’re committed to these guidelines and we hope you are too. Overstepping these boundaries may result in deleted content, disabled accounts, or other restrictions.In some cases, we allow content for public awareness which would otherwise go against our Community Guidelines – if it is newsworthy and in the public interest. We do this only after weighing the public interest value against the risk of harm and we look to international human rights standards to make these judgments.

‍Share only content that you’ve made or have the right to share.
You are responsible for the content you post on Greco. Remember to post authentic content, and don’t post anything you’ve copied or collected from the Internet that you don’t have the right to post. Learn more about intellectual property rights.

Share articles, videos, links, books, or content that is appropriate for a diverse audience.
We don’t allow nudity-related content on Greco. This includes links to photos, videos, and some digitally-created content that show sexual intercourse, genitals, and close-ups of fully-nude buttocks. It also includes some photos of female nipples, but photos in the context of breastfeeding, birth giving and after-birth moments, health-related situations (for example, post-mastectomy, breast cancer awareness or gender confirmation surgery) or an act of protest are allowed. Nudity in photos of paintings and sculptures is OK, too.

Foster meaningful and genuine interactions.
Help us stay spam-free by not artificially collecting followers, shares, posting repetitive comments or content, or repeatedly contacting people for commercial purposes without their consent. Don’t offer money or giveaways of money in exchange for followers, comments or other engagement. Don’t post content that engages in, promotes, encourages, facilitates, or admits to the offering, solicitation or trade of fake and misleading opinions.

You don’t have to use your real name on Greco, but we do require Greco users to provide us with accurate and up to date information. Don't impersonate others and don't create accounts for the purpose of misleading others.

Follow the law.
Greco is not a place to support or praise terrorism, organized crime, or hate groups. Offering sexual services, buying or selling firearms, alcohol, and tobacco products between private individuals, and buying or selling non-medical or pharmaceutical drugs are also not allowed. We also remove content that attempts to trade, co-ordinate the trade of, donate, gift, or ask for non-medical drugs, as well as content that either admits to personal use (unless in the recovery context) or coordinates or promotes the use of non-medical drugs. Greco also prohibits the sale of live animals between private individuals, though brick-and-mortar stores may offer these sales. No one may coordinate poaching or selling of endangered species or their parts.

Remember to always follow the law when offering to sell or buy other regulated goods. Accounts promoting online gambling, online real money games of skill or online lotteries must get our prior written permission before using any of our products.

We have zero tolerance when it comes to sharing sexual content involving minors or threatening to post intimate images of others.

Respect other members of the Greco community.
We want to foster a positive, diverse community. We remove content that contains credible threats or hate speech, content that targets private individuals to degrade or shame them, personal information meant to blackmail or harass someone, and repeated unwanted messages. We do generally allow stronger conversation around people who are featured in the news or have a large public audience due to their profession or chosen activities.

It's never OK to encourage violence or attack anyone based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disabilities, or diseases. When hate speech is being shared to challenge it or to raise awareness, we may allow it. In those instances, we ask that you express your intent clearly.

Serious threats of harm to public and personal safety aren't allowed. This includes specific threats of physical harm as well as threats of theft, vandalism, and other financial harm. We carefully review reports of threats and consider many things when determining whether a threat is credible.

Be thoughtful when posting newsworthy events.
We understand that many people use Greco to share important and newsworthy events. Some of these issues can involve graphic images. Because so many different people and age groups use Greco, we may remove videos of intense, graphic violence to make sure Greco stays appropriate for everyone.

We understand that people often share this kind of content to condemn, raise awareness or educate. If you do share content for these reasons, we encourage you to caption your photo with a warning about graphic violence. Sharing content that links to violent images for sadistic pleasure or to glorify violence is never allowed.Help us keep the community strong:Each of us is an important part of the Greco community. If you see something that you think may violate our guidelines, please help us by using our built-in reporting option. Our team reviews these reports and works as quickly as possible to remove content that doesn’t meet our guidelines. When you report content, try to provide as much information as possible, such as links, usernames, and descriptions of the content, so we can find and review it quickly. We may remove entire posts if either the imagery or associated captions violate our guidelines.

You may find content you don’t like, but doesn’t violate the Community Guidelines. If that happens, you can unfollow or block the person who posted it. If there's something you don't like in a comment on one of your posts, you can delete that comment. We may work with law enforcement, including when we believe that there’s risk of physical harm or threat to public safety.
